Mantras to Live By

When we discussed goal setting recently, I told you how much I love my new 2017 Active Living Diary by Lorna Jane.  It is full of inspiring and motivational mantras that are great to help you keep things in perspective.  I don’t know about you but I could be having a horrible day and sometimes all I need to turn it around is a happy thought or a little bit of encouragement.  Lately I’ve been focused on mantras to help get me through tough workouts, fall asleep and battle insomnia, keep striving for my goals and everyday inspiration.  I thought it might be fun to share them here since I think many of you would appreciate a little boost in your day!  Here are a few of my favorite Mantras to Live By!

  3. How fun are these mantras?! We chuckle to ourselves like when you point out “Don’t sweat the small stuff. Just sweat the workout!” In the difficult work situation I always said, “Never let ’em see you sweat (or cry).” Just smile.
