Hello all! How is your week going? I feel like I am finally getting back on track with my first U.S. workout done and dusted since returning from my trip. It was just an hour of yoga and pilates but man it felt good! In honor of Jumpstart January, I have a new video for you today! Each week this month I will (hopefully if iMovie cooperates) be posting a new workout video! That’s right, FOUR new videos this month! Today’s video was shot on Sydney Harbour because with a view like this who wouldn’t want to jump up and down like a crazy person?
This video is a short half hour video with a mix of high intensity cardio intervals and strength training. Make sure you warm up for a few minutes beforehand by either walking, jogging or jump roping to get your muscles ready (personally I walked from my house to this location for my warm up!). Also make sure you drink plenty of water and pause to take breaks if you need to. Enjoy!
