Hey guys!! So one of my new favorite blogs to read, Fit.Fun.Femme, does an awesome link up every Tuesday called Target Practice. Target Practice is a chance to share your fitness, health and life goals to help keep you accountable! With my vacation last week, I’m feeling like this is a good time to take a look at my goals and reaffirm my commitment to healthy living! Plus, as the ladies at Fit.Fun.Femme point out, what type A doesn’t love a list?

Life: So I’ve made some really big life changes recently and I want to save the whole run down for a separate post, but I do want to say that my goals for this week in life are to look at what I’ve done, the steps I’ve taken to get where I am today, the goals I’ve achieved and how I can make some of my dream goals come true!
Health: Well, I’ve got a bit of a health set back following my vacation, which I’ll tell you about later this week but let’s just say my goal right now is to heal and focus on healthy eating after all my indulgences last week!
Fitness: This week I’m all about maintaing! I need to keep my energy up and stick to my workout schedule! It’s going to be tough but I don’t want to get discouraged!
